Durhamtown Dust Devil Jamboree

The Off Road Revolution

About Georgia Offroad Adventures aka Durhamtown

If you have not attended this venue in the past here is a little of what to expect. Georgia Off-Road Adventures is Americas largest off-road park with 6750 acres for all types of off-road enthusiast to play on. We will have special permission from them to use two of their side by side tracks. Turbo Track which is 2 miles long and capable of speeds in excess of 60mph and GP track that is 1 mile long which is where the “big jump” is located that I am sure you have seen on FB at some point. These are wide tracks made of GA clay and are well kept, providing a fun, safe, smooth surface. There are jumps peppered throughout each so if your looking to get a little air you will definitely have some opportunities to do so, however if you want to keep all four wheels on the ground that’s ok to, no one is going to think less of you. You do you, all we ask is that you drive WITHIN YOUR LIMITS! Lastly we will have the 12mile trail system again this year. This is an amazing loop through the woods providing a variety of terrain and giving you the opportunity to test out your terrain modes.

THIS IS NOT A RACE. This is simply an opportunity for you to get out there and experience for yourself what you and your truck are capable of and more importantly have some fun with some really good people.

There is lodging onsite that consists of RVs and Cabins all of which are provided with clean linens, towels, soaps and tissue. They all have TV, fridge, microwave, heat and air and campfire rings. These DO SELL OUT so if you plan on staying on site and haven’t booked a cabin yet you should do that now! You can contact them directly at 706-622-4108, just let them know you are attending the TORR Raptor Run. If you miss out on a cabin, the closest hotels are 30min away.

Park address is:
2350 Randolph Church Rd
Union Point, GA 30669

Turbo Track will be closed for Competition. Competition is open to anyone who would like to participate. There will be a cash prize for 1st place and trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A DOT APPROVED HELMET BE SURE TO BRING ONE

This will be a one lap knockout competition. We will put two trucks at a time on Turbo starting on opposite sides of the track running in the same direction. The first one to cross their start line wins that round and will move on to round two.

The truck picks will be done by random drawing. Drivers will blind pick a token. Each token will have a match so you will be racing the driver who drew the same number as you. For example if you draw a number 2 you will be racing whoever also draws a number 2.

All winners from the first round will pick tokens again for round two line up. This will continue until there is one winner.
